I have been looking at doing the widshield repair. If I go to training will I be able to do repairs right away? Also I was wondering about insurance accounts and what would I expect as how many a month I would get.

Training will get you started. You will learn proper methods and procedures. Practice and experience will improve your skills. I dont count on referrals from the insurance companies. It depends upon where you live and how tight the market is in your area. I generate the majority of my business. I get between 4 -10 WS repairs per month from The TPA's. Summer months this could double. I also do HLR which generates addtionla income. Visit your local insurance companies. Read prior post on this site. Their really is nothing like time spent on repairs, tools in hand. When I started I had an hour of training, a day of working with a experienced technician. Keep bettering skills, tools, and training. Good luck
