An apology

The background to this is - Nick Clegg, current deputy Prime Minister ( Vice President) of the UK, made a promise to university students that if his party ( Liberal Democrats) got into government, which they subsequently did as part of a coalition with the Conservative party, that tuition fees would not be increased. Within a short while of gaining power, tuition fees were increased by as much as 200%. Ever since , he has been lambasted. So he decided to make a tv broadcast to apologise. Someone got hold of this broadcast and slightly reworked it. Enjoy -
