Looking for a kit

Post by stihlcarven »

I realize this is a long shot but I'm lookng for someone in Colorado who has a kit for sale/barter...I have just been flaked on by a fellow who had a kit for sale but has vanished.I have a custom smaller camping trailer I'd like to trade for a decent complete it. I dont have the cash to just buy one or I would. I have seen Delta kits and I like them...so a Delta kit or a kit of equal quality would be great.....I'm stuck in the water and I am looking elsewhere besides here as well....just seeing what might pop up.Also if somene further away has one for sale I would be interested in what you asking price is.Maybe I could ship it? :geek:

Welcome to the windshield repair forum! I think you will find a lot of good information here, but if you ever have any questions feel free to call in to Delta Kits at any time for assistance.

First of all: welcome to the forum. If you do not have the funds to start in this business, and it sounds like that, stay out, find something better. This is not a fly by night business nor a business where you want to start when your desperate for instant income. The money won't come in that quick and easy, also; the tools are not your only or final investment, you also need to be trained, preferably factory trained by the manufacturer. Once you're trained you need time to be building up your customer base, even if you just plan to be doing parking lots or car dealers. It needs a lot of time.
If you've looked at this as if it would be easy, for whatever reason, it will probably lead to a disapointment and that exactly is what I would like to keep you from my friend. Just my thoughts.

Thanks for voicing your concern.I am a veteran in the field of windshield repair...I have been away from it for some time however. At one time I considered myself among the best in the business. However I did so as an employee. I now have another business that has been slow and am going to ad windshield repair to it. I just dont have a kit...yet...Anyway, I dont do anything "fly by night" and I know how to make this business almost instantly profitable.I dont know what motivated you to suggest I dont try to get into the business....your in it aren't you?If you need help getting your business in a more profitable position I may be the guy you want to talk to....now, do you have a kit for sale?
