I am new to this site, but thought I would try it. I have a windshield repair and replacement business in N.E. South Dakota. The business has been in town here for over 25 years and very well established. I am moving and must sell my business. It is mostly blue sky, but does include a lot of glass related tools and supplies, plus a nice company/loaner car. I am the most referred shop for all the local insurance companies and do a good business. I am currently renting a 32 X 48 shop in a great uptown location which could remain rented for this business. I am moving by Dec. 1st so I would really like to sell my business before I move. I have it listed with a local realtor for $34,900. He did the number research and told me it should be worth mid $50s, but I would be open to reasonable offers.
