visited DELTA KITS office today here\'s what i think !
Re: GlasWeld
Glasstech,
I used mine today and the repair came out perfect. I will admit it did take me a few repairs to get the hang of using the adapter. I went through the 3 day training certification classes and we did not use this adapter. After 2 years of using it now it is not a problem. There are good and bad with every tooling out there if someone really wants to place blame somewhere I guess. Did you go to the training classes? I went with what I thought to be the best for me and I have been happy with mine. I am about ready to buy their new circular curing lamp that cures in 60 seconds. This will really cut down on our curing times.I have never tried Delta's injectors or bridges so I can't say how they are. I hope you are happy with the kit you have so we all can share some good tips here on this forum.

Re:(glasstech)
I belive that the differece between the two is that deltas injector holds pressure on the resin with a spring loaded injector, and us windshield repair you have to put pressure on the injector and then tighten the screw to hold pressure on the resin. if different I stand corrected. that is how I see the difference between the injectors.

Chprfixr,
What I see going on here is classic!!!
While I understand that you want to make the right decision when purchasing your kit....Make The Darned Decision And Get Started Making Money!!!!!
Look, by everything I've been reading on this forum, Delta is a stand up company. You've met them. You've gotten testimonials from their satisfied customers. What else are you waiting for?
Pardon me for being blunt (and those that know me know that I can be a bit blunt at times) but if you're going to be in buisness for yourself, you're going to have to learn to make quick decisions and get moving forward. You may feel that you're actually doing something right now, but in reality you're taking no action at all. Yo're no closer to your first paying repair than you were when you decided to get into this business.
Right now you're suffering from paralysis by analysis and it's costing you more money in work and lost time that if you would have just gone and bought BOTH kits.
Right now you're sitting on the fence deciding which way to junp. Just think of me as the bull ramming into that fence and knocking you off. You're gonna' fall now...make the decision RIGHT NOW which side you're going to land on.
Happy landings!!!

Get on with it!!!
Your a bull-y, ron. Funny. Good point too.
Down the road if you think you got the wrong system, you can always buy a different tool from another company to try. You won't have to buy another complete kit. I feel your pain... don't know what I would do either. Ron would have to knock my off the fence.:">

Yeah baby!
I want to thank jeff at DELTA KITS for his consistent persistence in making sure that all of my questions or concerns were answered. I recently decided to go into the W.R.B. I'm not sure how all of you do it but here in Montana people are far and few in between ( no where ).
I'm going into the business as a sales org. Hiring and training reps to cold call on people and accounts. I did it and was able to pull in $1000.00 a week in repairs just by canvassing the rural areas of Montana. Can any body give any more insight as to wether or not this will work on a larger scale then just me? I have been sleepless for many nights with the excitement of getting this off the ground and my wife is ready to kill me for not going to bed with her at the same time. I just have this crazy idea to use salesman instead of waiting for the customer to come to me. I do intend to use mass Yellow pages advertising. Again any comments good or bad will be greatly appreciated thanks mark
