I have been using Optikleer TCX long crack resin for a long time. It makes the crack going away the most. I am using GT long crack resin now but after repairs I see some shiny sections in the crack seem like the resin going down the plastic layer.

Does anyone have any idea any good resin like the Optikleer TCX ?

I have had great luck with both GT's mv resin and Delta's magnibond resin on long cracks. I never used the Optikleer resins so I can't compare them with the above. My best advice is anyone that sells a resin they believe in will send you a free sample. Try them all and see what works best for you. I must have tried two dozen different resins before I settled on one. As a matter of fact I just recieved a free sample today from a company I haven't used before, never stop trying new things or products. If you need a list of companies to get samples from send me a P.M. and I'll put together a list for you.

I started out using Optikleer resin but had to change because they are out of business now. I use Janvil Crack Erase resin and have found this resin to work very well for me. I've inspectied my crack repairs for the last year and they all look GREAT! You can get free samples my contacting them at http://www.janvil.com.

With Janvil I got failures , Glas-Weld is always more visible , but holds well . For about 6 months I've been using magnibond with good results less visible and holds good so far. :)

I used to use the resins sold by Liquid Resins (clear cap was most common choice for me, but green cap resin worked great too).

It's been too long, so I can't comment really on what is the best. I'm curious if I should test others... can anyone comment on LR's resins vs. others?

It has been quite a while since I tried LR. You should request samples from everyone and give them a try to see which you like best.

Reguarding Samples... that's probably what I'll do... good advice.

Reguarding LR's resins: I never had any reason to be dis-satisfied with the resisn, and I used them all, WhiteCap, ClearCap, RedCap and GreenCap. Guess it's time to order samples!
