HELP

Hello out there, first let me say that I am new to the trade.In fact I have not yet attempted to repair a Chip or Crack other than the ones that I've created on a windshield that I bought from the junk yard.My problem is that I can't get the resin to flow.I've tried everything from reduced pressure,increased pressure to sunscreen.Can anyone give me a hint as to what I am doing wrong?I believe that I have followed the training film as close as I can and I have to get this repair down pact.

Welcome to the forums CHIPZYX!

A few questions first:
1. Which system are you using?
2. Are you doing repairs outside? If so, try to do them inside, or under some sort of cover.
3. Does resin simply not flow out of the injector?

If you could answer these, we can all help you a little better

I'm using a Delta Kit,I've made an attempt inside and outside.The resin seems to travel some,but not all the way into the chip

There are quite a few things that could be affecting this, which makes it difficult to post back and forth in a forum.

Delta Kits has free technical support, so I would highly recommend calling us at 888.811.3451 so we can help you figure out what is going wrong.
