B150 Bridge from Delta.

Post by kmuise »

I'm looking for input on Deltas B150 bridge as I am interested in using them. I know I can call Delta but I'd like to here from people using them in the field everyday.

1) Is the aluminum injector good for long term use or is the upgrade to stainless needed?
2) What's the average repair time with this bridge?
3) How many repairs can you do before replacing the seal?
Please share any thoughts you have, thanks Kev.

I can't answer #1. I have always used stainless.

#2 - Average for me is 30 minutes but that is probably because I talk too much to my customers.

#3 - The seals generally last me from 6-10 repairs, depending on the repair and the amount of thumb pressure I apply, and the amount I move the injector from side to side for inspection or probing, if necessary...

I have an old 3 leg (whatever the part number is, I don't recall) on hand for certain repairs, but I've got 3 150's and they are pretty much all I use anymore...
