All of my dealerships repair everything I find. I have one large dealership where I average 8-10 repairs per visit. If I do less than 7 repairs at this dealership on a weekly visit, I'm disappointing when I leave.
In saying the above, I've worked these lots for over 10 years to get this type of volume and trust with the managers.
I am the same as t4k here, as in we both have customers who want to spend with us. That said in any one area there will be a mix of both, it is extremely unlikely in my experience at least that everybody will not or will spend, as a business person we have to search out the spenders.
Well over here less than a third of all vehicle with chips on have glass cover, the motor trade being amongst them. Can you tell why many of us do not do insurance work and go for the larger picture.
