I get so tired of customers and agents telling me that the customer does not have to call the chip in to SGC. I guess I need to vent some. I wished this was true but not. If it was there would be twice as much fraud as there is now. Now maybe some impersonate the customer but I am not going to do that. Yes there is some like Travelers that are more layed back but less face most is SGC. Thank God I don't make my money off of insurance . Some of you have stated that you go after the cash job and not fool with insurance and by George I think you are right.
O yea by the way I know the people in the agents office can call the SGC but of course they are lazy and don't want to do it!

Most of the insurance jobs I get are through the TPA contacting me. However When I do talk to a company, they always ask to speak to the client. If I have to make a correction to a TPA dispatch, again they need to talk to the customer prior to authorizing the change. It seldom takes more than a few minutes either way. I have not had anyone inspect my repairs either. They do call the client back to verify their satisfaction of the repair and short survey.

What is happening over there happened here about the time I stopped billing insurance companies, there are still many ways to earn a good $ though.
