I don't do retail , but I do find this interesting. It's different, outside the box. If this will make customers actually feel good about paying you more, it's pretty slick.
Makes me wonder though.... If you think a good chunk of your customers will choose this option, perhaps a simpler revenue increase would be simply raise the base price across the board $xx. That seems to be the consensus cure all here. Lol j/k
Will be interested to see how my view might change the more I think about the idea. And also to hear how it works out for you or anyone else that may run with it.

Chips Away, I just went to their retail website and plugged into their form that I wanted a rock chip repaired and to what address and that's the quote it gave me....so yes, the quote is as if I were a retail customer...

I find one off or retail jobs expensive to do, I much prefer 3 or 4 jobs per stop as in fleet etc. Judging by the prices you guys are getting retail you should be getting much the same fleet, if you sell it correctly.
