Ponder, 3 when they audit me I just fax in a copy but I am a preferred shop. This is just to keep people from stealing from the insurance company.I have learned that if you can't beat join them.My billing on their web site is so easy. When I do a job for them basically all I need is a signature and vin!My insurance work is way down and it is because of the monopoly and propaganda that safelite puts out.Good luck my friend!

Yes you are right with ACT but you do pay a price for that service.I use ACT as well and I have been with them for nearly 8 years now but I just use the 2.95 per claim plan.I am not disagreeing with just saying there are different ways to go.You might not have the time too handle the claim and the way you do it would be the way to go.

You can electronically bill Safelite at sgcnetwork.com. Even for affiliates there is no charge and you can track your invoice and your payment.

SGC is easy on line. LYNK's cost me $7.50 per invoice and I fax that back. I dont have someone like ACT's to handle my billing. I have no idea what they charge for their service. HSG is also easy to process with no fee on line. I keep hard copies on file should they need to do a verification. I am not set upi with a IPhone to do electronic billing like some on here. I had a credit card system the first year and never processed a single payment from a customer. They paid cash or business accounts paid by check. I rarely get asked to accept debit cardss either.

State farm is with lynx service here in Alabama.State Farm does not waive deductibles here so the few we get have 0 deductible.

I am affliliated with Lynx. HSG and SGC. I just contacted Data Tranz and that solved my problem. I still pay a fee, but it's about a third of what I was paying. . Someone sent me a PM that saw my post. It took less than 2 minutes to fill out the online form and email it back. Fast response also.
