Insurance approval question...

Can you get approved for a repair when it's a day or two before the repair appointment? Any other info regarding this would surly be appreciated!

I'm pretty sure you can get the referral number/ job confirmation at any point in time as long as you have the insured/ customer present with you during your call to the insurance company.

The customer will have to talk with the insurance company and yes you can the customer to call in advance.I don't like doing that because you can loose the job to safelite trying to steer them if you are not already there.
