repair software

Does anyone use the repair only software such as the one the Edirect has. I looked it over.. something like 30 a month plus additional EDI fees..

We do not use EDirect, but are trying out a company's new software for the glass industry. The software gives us the ability to transfer information to/from our office computers from our iPhones when we are at a customer site. We collect/retrieve the information when we are onsite, add or update the information, then when complete we submit this information. It automatically handles sending out receipts to the customer and sends the EDI information accordingly. So far, it has saved us a ton of time and and a lot of input duplication for work orders and invoices. I have requested pricing information on the software, but have been told that since it is still in the evaluation stage, they have not yet completed the pricing structure yet, but are working on it. It appears to work really well, so I am anxiously awaiting the pricing information.
