Not really. Iam not on twitter however I get a lot of 'your my friend on face book so I need a best friend deal' type stuff.

The best use we get from it is following up with someone who was already a customer and we added them to our tweets.
The challenge is coming up with a regular tweet (at least weekly) that has interest to the customer. It seems like it is much better for repeat, commercial customers that you could notify of specials, or warnings of temperature change, things that might matter to them. An individual motorist probably learned as much as he wants/needs to when we first met them for their repair so it doesn't seem so productive for them.
