Revamp!

Post by GLASSTIME »

Ok! not sure if any of you other techs are getting this, however, I have had 3 previous customers call in to file a complaint. They're are stating the "Headlights" that we serviced look like "CRAP"!

I did go out and make it right, however never had this issue with the UV Spray Clear I use to use when using the "Old School" method of Automotive Clear and Gun. When I seen these lights, they looked worse than before I had repaired them previously.

I do 1 cup ea. (Catalyst)

But again, I honestly feel this isn't the issue ( my mixture) I am unsure if its just the areas, or the customers neglective habits.

So, thus I have reduced my Warranty to a 1 year conditional, instead of 2 years!

I dont give a warranty anymore due to that reason. I tell the customer it should last six months or longer depending upon how well they take care of the HL's.
