I use Faxaway's e-fax service to receive LYNX dispatches. This eliminates my having to add a second land-line for faxes only. Recently, LYNX dispatches (State Farm in particular) have been unreadable. [The last good fax was received 10/17.] I called Faxaway and they said that it looks like LYNX is using VOIP (voice over internet protocal) or a baud rate ireater than 9600. I called LYNX support and they said that they'd ask technical support. So far I haven't heard anything from them.
Question: Does anyone else on this forum use Faxaway? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? If resolved, how was it fixed?

Re: E-Fax/E-Mail Service
No I dont use them. I do use a fax machine on my business line that also has answering capabilities. The machine decides what function is required. You dont need a second line with the proper equipment. Lynx's copies are not always clear. I sometimes have blurry numbers. when the print is below 10. 12 or higher no problem reading them.
