How long do you usually guarantee your repair to customers?

Hi, I'd like to know how long you usually guarantee your repair to your customers. How long will the resin change to yellow color usually?
What resins are you using ? Thanks.

I dont give any. I simply tell the customer if they replace the ws within 30 days I will refund their money. I tell them the windshield is sealed and should not have any additional problems with it. I have yet to have a complaint. I ASK EACH CUSTOMER AFTER THE REPAIR "ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR". kEEP IT SIMPLE.

For as long as they own the vehicle, Magnibond all the way. Never had a Delta resin go yellow, although I have tested other manufacturers one's that have, that is the reason I use Delta.

Any reputable wsr company that is doing quality repairs should offer an UNLIMITED MONEY-BACK GUARANTEED LIFETIME WARRANTY. It's that simple.

Very well said clearquest. Lifetime warrenty.
In addition, if my travelling RV friends and or customers have a problem anywhere in the country I will locate someone close to them willing to take care of a problem. Things like this will sometimes happen but if we can all work together and cover others backs makes it a really good business to be in.
I will do the same for any one else.
When we are on the road and someone here has a problem I have a friend who owns a larger company and will take care of the problem within hours.
No cost to me and they just explain I'm out of town and substititting for me. In return I refer many calls to them I can't handle or on the road.
Hasn't happened often but when it does I want to keep a super satisfied customer!
When they buy a new car or pick up additional chips I want my card in their glove box.
