Do you mean January 1st, 2012?

I actually ended my relationship with SGC about a month ago. I was getting just a few repairs from them a year, now I just direct bill each Insurance company (SGC Listed Ins Companys)

I still have lynx in place, most of my Ins repairs come from State Farm.

Here is a picture of my work van, and I live the Austin, TX area and I don't get people stopping me several times a day(for any of the services I offer), now I do get a few phone calls here and there. I'm actually getting ready to remove the top white layer of the lettering that has the outline in blue, that way it's just gonna be solid blue and much more noticeable. I like what it looks like, although, I was a little disappointed in the *Headlight Restore* and this will get changed eventually. Let me know what y'all think.
My apologies if I posted this and it's against the rules.

screenman wrote:Can we see some picture of these signs, I sure never get that sort of response over here from any fully sign written vehicle I have driven. Now something I would pick up on you said free WSR, man that is taking you down a diminishing business route, lower and lower pricing for sure.
I live within 2 miles of 5 junk yards...would you call that a lie? or would you call that opportunity...? Why replace that
windshield with a junkyard WS when you can repair, does not take long to run into anyone with a crack in their
WS either...and if you are not getting calls from your signs, then maybe your signs are not saying anything....I have
not gotten my road side signs yet, but I bet I could set a couple big signs up, and I bet I would get more then two mere cars
rolling in, would you also call that a lie? when I was cleaning carpets, I had people coming up to my house from those
living in the area asking if I would do their carpets, how did I do that? (van signs)...sorry, its not my fault you guys do not know
what to say on your signs, I have been in marketing for quite some time, and btw, you have to know how to use the word free, you dont know how?

sorry, I am not here to belittle anyone like screenman, he may have exp, I could care less, if he wants to impress
me, then he should have told me that he does WS repair on the shuttle/spacecraft, then I would have been impressed.
and I am not after those 950 undecied people that sceen has to sale too, I am after the 50 that have already made up their
mind...when I got my WS fixed, I was one of those 50 that already had my mind made up, I knew it had to be done,
and i was ready to pay for it, and I got the ws fixed...done.

and for those that are so concerned about my mis-spellings...seek help!
Your only mission in life is misery and to belittle other people...

Have a nice day.

PS. I am not lying when I say two hit me up in one day...I am not going to dewell on it like you guys
are as I am not ready to roll out the carpet myself, maybe I just got lucky, maybe it was a fluke,
maybe it will never happen again...If i say it happened, then its written in stone, period...

usmc68 wrote:David, not calling you out for a lie, could have happened. I have had signs on my vehicles for over 20 years and have never been stopped twice in a day, just doesn't happen in Georgia!!! Maybe 2-3 times a week!
Also might want to learn to use periods to end a sentence instead of dashes, up to you.
It did happen, I have come up with very creative signs...when I was doing carpet cleaning, I can not
say that anyone come up to me while I was on a job, but I have had people drive by my house
asking if I would clean their carpets, and the only way they knew I cleaned carpets was
because of the signs on my van...and reason that I do not keep the WS signs
on my vehicle right now, I do not want people or calls coming in just yet, not ready for them...

You can see my signs if you can send me KFC's actual chicken formula...
their cole-slaw is awesome too...nothing like KFC, Cole-Slaw, and Pepsi....

nice van..do you have a crew? by looking at your van, seems you offer quite a few services...
be careful, someone may call you out on that and wonder if you can actually handle that much :)

David, I hope you treat your customers better than this. But then again, didn't you tell a customer you were on vacation and not do her windshield? Or was that a lie? :D

You mean like the way you guys treat me? or do you consider that being professional?
I did what I did so I was not caught being the stupid one...I would rather be found
on vaction, then caught having signs, and cant really explain why I have them on
if I am not doing WS repair just yet...fairly simple, sorry you cant understand...

Should I now bend over and explain anything else to you princess?

rudeness seems to be the #1 quality of this forum.
