pioneer mutual claim

does anyone know which claims service handles pioneer mutual insurance company? is it safelite, harmon, lynx, or is there another way to file a claim with this company when doing a windshield repair for a customer. Any information would be much appreciated!

If you are signed up with A.C.T. you can always submit the claim through them.

Pioneer ins is a small local insurer out of Apple Valley, Mn. I don't think they use a TPA, at least the last time I billed to them they did not. There are a few small area insurers like Pioneer that don't have the volume of claims to use a TPA.
Contact the agent and they probably will process the claim for you or give you the info to do it yourself.

While you are at the agent's office, do a demo for them, you may get some repair referrals from them.
