WELCOME! CH, Top of the mornin' to ya'.
I (we) can feel your eagerness and enthusiasm and wish you success in your venture.

If you haven't already seen it, you will find this forum very useful from 2 different perspectives. What to do and what not to do.

I hope you have or can find a "mentor". Hopefully one that does WSR and won't consider you competition. Needless to say, there are many here that will offer help and Delta's customer service is "top shelf".

After a very challenging year in '10, I've been going back to basics to build my business up again and recommitting to the essentials that I think any small business needs to survive.

Perhaps the most important is an intense feeling of wonder and gratitude for the skills and experience that make it possible to provide for my family. This feeling gets lost sometimes with the anxieties and frustrations of running a small business.

I just added myself after you, so now I may be the newest!! LOL

I have already found some great info on this forum and assistance already from Korey.

I know this is going to take off for me and I can't wait to find a mentor to help me take this business to the next level.

I have worked in Automotive Retail Service Industry for 10 years managing Auto Repair shops and quite frankly, got quite sick of the unethical nature of the business, solely base on the highest " ticket average" you can achieve.

Now it is time, to put my Management senses to work and make a success for something I know is and will be more fruitful and enjoyable, from doing WSR in my past about 20 years ago.

I look forward to interacting and working with all of you!
