Declined from Lynx and Allstate

I was declined from lynx and all state. Can i still do jobs for insurance companies or am i on my own with that

Why were you declined ? If it was not something you did, it is out of your control. It is easier to have the customer pay you and they collect from their insurance. If you would rather take care of the billing for the customer, take the bill to the agent and have them submit it for you. I assume you know the agents in your area? If not, go introduce yourself and make sure they are willing to do this until you can get on the network. While you are there, offer them a free sample of your work. If you do quality work and they think their customers will like you, they will be more likely to help with the billing and may even send some work your way.
