For starters Delta is a hydraulic injector and an do a 5 minute repair much the same as the one you show, for less money.
From the picture I can see some problems with the bridge and creating a decent seal for the injector, no back feet mean it would be very limited in terms of down pressure. This would lessen the amount of piston pressure you could use before the seal blew out.
I hate claims about 5 minute repairs, you could not even attempt to dry out a repair in 5 minutes over here, I wish companies would sell on quality and not time. Most techs spend more time drinking coffee and chatting in a day than repairing windscreens, so there are far better ways to save time.
Delta all the way for me as you can guess.

Re: New repair kit QuikSilver Technolog Repair any one used it?
I agree with screen man.I researched for nearly 2 months before deciding on a kit. There are so many repair tool manufaturers out there. I dismissed any tools with out rear screws early in my search. I also was lured by the idea of 5 minute repairs. They say you'll be able to do many more repairs a day....I had to say huh??? 95% of the time I have gotten 1 repair at a time..sometimes a couple hours apart or more...every now n then 2 cars at a time....rarely 3 cars....I've had 4 cars 1 time that I can recollect. So faster repairs benefits who? The customer often feels like a better job must have been done if it takes a lil longer. Besides that..with ins work you are usually wrapping up a repair by the time they get done on the phone and the invoice anyway. I am weary of new technology in this industry. Windshields haven't changed in the basic structure....people have been trying to build a better mouse trap forever....my view is "if it isn't broke dont fix it"

I have a delta kit and im sorry I hate it. Just the way they designd it I guess, I have used someone else kit with the pump and liked it alot. Delta kit eat up resin like there is no tomorrow. So you haven't used the quicksilver kit personally?

Repairing Windshields,
I sent you an email about how you can use less resin if you use the glass bottles (with the eye-droppers) rather than the plastic bottles. Like always, I would encourage you to call in to Delta Kits to so we can resolve any issues you might be having.

No I have not used it, I was purely making observations from the pictures. I assumed wrongly that you did not have any tools yet, also if you have the Delta you will already know that is a hydraulic system. If you are getting through a lot of resin with the Delta system you are doing something wrong. I have used and trained guys in the use of many different systems over the last 22 years and I find the Delta system very economical. Give them a call I am sure they will point you in the right direction.

thanks Jonathan but I have already used the glass eye droppers, I like to keep the resin in my pocket because I do have multiple kits. So when I first got the dropper in the mail I set up and put in my pocket moving doing repairs and the top of tip ripped and had a slow leak and was leaking in my pocket within 45 minutes the bottle was empty. U cant cant count how many drops you are out into the tri pod because you cant see it. I mean the list goes on and on.

It's obvious your mind is made up so I won't waste your time by trying to convince you, but it's too bad you did not attend a Delta Kits training class as every issue you have mentioned so far has a simple remedy. For instance, there is no need to count the drops when using a dropper which is the whole point of using a dropper that reaches all the way to the end seal inside the injector body. You just need to know how far up to fill the dropper.
Although it is a fairly common practice, I don't recommend keeping resin in your pocket regardless of the type of bottle used. Even a small leak or drip on the side of the bottle can soak into your clothing and cause skin irritation.
In any case I hope you find what you are looking for.
