Is this worth getting repaired?

I don't know if I drove under a certain semi-truck that was picking up and throwing a bunch of pebbles around, or if it was going on to a gravel road.... But I noticed a bunch of small chips on my car windshield the other day. I've never had any cracks or chips in my windshield before, so I do not know if I should be concerned of the chips turning into bigger cracks or not. I took and attached two pictures of the biggest chip that there is on the windshield, which is no bigger than my pinky. I felt the inside of the glass of where the chip is located, and the glass feels smooth there, so it did not go through the inner layer. So.. Should I be concerned of it ever growing?

Yes. I'm biased but I recommend finding a repair only technician by checking review sites.

I’m in Wisconsin and there are a lot less techs up here than in Texas :(

I can't tell you if they are all good or not but here is a place to start. Are any of these in your area? http://www.windshieldreferral.com/state/Wisconsin

That is an easy chip to fix, but I would still ask for the name and number of a couple of their other customers who they have done rock chip repair for (not replacement). That is a very easy chip to repair so a good technician should not only be able to repair it but should also be able to make it look very nice.

Bring it to me and I will make it look as though it almost never happened. :D
