White Streaks/Drips on Windshield

Hi all. I woke up this morning to these white streaks/drips on my car. I drove the car on Sunday, and these weren't there. They disappear temporarily when I use the wipers, but then come back. I tried using a cloth to get rid of them, but had no luck. I don't parking in a garage, and I am not parked under a tree. Any ideas? It's definitely on the outside.
