SGC Stopped Paying

Been awhile since I've posted...
I'll try to make a long story short and then I'd like to see if anyone else has ever had a similar experience.
About 5 weeks ago I noticed less SGC checks in the mail on the daily, then 5 to 6 days later NO SGC checks in the mail at all. I called SGC billing and they verified my address and account status (non-affiliate) showed no problems and that I should be receiving checks like normal. The operator said "maybe there's a mail hold up and you'll probably see them in a day or two", she obviously was fluffing me but so be it.
I waited about 4 to 5 days after I called the last time (still not 1 SGC check in the mail). So I called again and this time a different operator verified my stuff and started to tell me the same as the last one. Although this time I was persistent that there had to be a problem so after a couple long holds she came back and said my check are being held. She said they haven't received a W-9 from me since 2011 and then muttered around a second and said "you had an address change" and then realized I didn't. She sounded clearly lost as to my situation but stayed composed.
I sent the revised (OK not revised cause it was the same damn W-9) to them via Email. Correspondence from then on was all via email. They received it, processed it and said all should be good in a couple days and my checks would be released.
Fast Fwd. 7 or so days later I get 3 envelopes totaling about $800. After about 3 weeks of held payments I was expecting to see about 15k-18k in SGC envelopes. Also noticed the invoice/check cut dates on them we're reflective of payments I would've been receiving at that time if nothing was ever wrong. I expressed that via email and was told they will release any of the other checks I was missing (that were being held) if I can just comprise a list and send it including Referral #, Cust. name and phone #'s.
My apologies for the long winded rant. I'm really trying to find out if anyone else has ever experienced anything like this and I think my Keyboard became my proxy therapist.
