I think one of the problems may be, although we speak the same language we sometimes read it differently.
I certainly agree no one method works on everything, main reason I dislike so called computerized WSR kits and the infamous Glass Medic kit. (can I say that)
For me even now I always spend a few seconds and it used to be longer understanding the damage, working it out, deciding which way it flows, does it require drilling, surface or subsurface, the latter two means a change of tactics sometime when drying out.
I apologise to one and all if I come across a bit short, often this is just trying to get an answer in in the time I have available, not easy when business is busy as it always seems to be.
I am passionate about WSR, it has and continues to be very good for me, I want everybody to get out of it what I do and hopefully more.
