What has been the most successful advertising that you have done, and how did you market them to fleets?

Craigslist for advertising. Door to door cold calling for fleet. Your best fleet prospecting is just driving on the road. When you see a truck with bad HL's, get the company and the truck number and give them a call. I do it all the time.

my most successful for fleets has been to give them the first set free to see the quality and clarity of my finished repairs. normally that works best for me.

I have set meetings with shop foreman/fleet managers and show them my sample headlights as well as portfolio of vehicles I have worked on for glass replacement and repair. Dress professional (clean company logo clothes) , have a sales plan for pricing and availability of service, and put on an informative demonstration. Quality work and professionalism sells itself every time.

Door to door and demonstration. Letter and before & after photos from other haulers. Pretty soon you run out of HLRs for small & Medium fleets. That's when you also do WSRs for the same fleets or haulers.
