Which kit is recommended to buy? I don't plan on buying to just dabble in this. Plan on making this a second income. Also do most of you just user a personal vehicle?

Thanks

Have to recommend the Infinity 4.1 from this sites host. Good product. Lots of information on these forums about it too.

Ive built a whole company around HLR's and make a decent living at it. I still have a long way to go with a ton of different avenues to follow. The possibilities are endless.

We just bought a small sport ute for the business. If fits all the gear (but I always carry too much anyway. Cant be too prepared).

Search this forum. Since its owned by Delta who manufactures the Infinity, you'll find a ton of info here about it. The end result with this product is that once the process is done right, you have a crystal clear lens with no maintenance and a happy customer. The cost per car is only about $2.50 and with material, you should be about $5. Big profit margin in this biz. Good luck.

This is the basic kit which contains Infinity and give you a good list of supplies when you are first starting out. I bought the same items at other places a bit cheaper though. You can only get the Infinity here.

<<<Wants to see the ute!

@ OP - do you have any kit already? Any tools etc? You say price is important - you might be able to look at kits and buy what you need, not the whole thing ;)

Cheers,

Ok cool.

Most of the kits are very similar - being that they use a varied sequence of sanding discs, tools, some sort of polishing and then a UV coating.

In my opinion, and a number of others I know - Infinity is the best UV coating currently available.

As you're starting out, you will need good customer service from your supplier as you will have hiccups along the way.

These two things would make me suggest Delta as your supplier ;)

I've personally used Delta Kits, Glass Technology, Glasweld, Solaray and various other smaller kits you can readily buy online, Delta would be first choice for simplicity and support.

Glass Technolgy produces similar results, but thy have a compound (can be messy) and no UV coating. (The Diamond stuff they sell is nothing more than an emulsive bumper shine).

Hope this info helps.

If you need anything more, ask away!

Cheers,

Pommy
