Those of you in the states, where do you get this stuff? I want to start using it on HLR's as a final clean up. But I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Suggestions?

In 1994, 1.5 million tonnes of isopropyl alcohol were produced in the United States, Europe, and Japan

Shouldn't be that hard
eBay have some 99.9% stuff - verrrry cheap.
Funny - they sell it everywhere here, for cleaning computers and components etc.
I guess you'd be fine with 99.9%.
I buy tiny amounts in spray bottles - about palm size, it lasts forever.
Cheers,
Pommy

Thanks again Pommy. Was t sure about the 99.9% stuff. I'll order it today. In the states, 70% is the norm

20 cars - wow!
My WSR has rocketed and the HLR slowed this month.
For others reading this thread - the iso is sprayed onto the lens, just before the Infinity goes on.
A few people had milky lenses and the reason was likely that there was water on the lens.
The iso gets rid of water. Has to be 100% though. The 5% in 95% iso is water!
Have a great day!

Please understand that HLR is all I do and I work for a ton of dealers. I do between 8-10 sets per day. When I master the Makita, that will go up.

In the states it can be bought at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc.About $15 per gallon. Some paint stores also carry it. May also be available at drug stores, but make sure it's high concentration, not rubbing alcohol which is 30% water. You can also buy alcohol wipes in foil packets on line, same as they use when giving you a shot at the doctor's office, just make sure it is at least 92% alcohol or better.
