Contact Screenman here before giving your future profits away to buy a franchise. Not necessary for success!

I am a repair only specialist in the UK [central south coast] but i have been in the industry, mostly as a manager for 2 of the big 3 [AG and NW] for nearly 30 years.
Here in the UK, the only repair franchise worth anything is one that has national accounts and pases you work, to the best of my knowledge, the only one that does that is glass weld, and I believe they take a hefty percentage of your turnover. ANY of the other 'franchises' will set you up in a tent in a car park [that is their business model] and leave you to get your own work. They will tell you they sort your direct billing and make out how difficult it is, let me tell you, it's not difficult to DB, getting the customers is the hard bit. PM me and I'll talk you through how to DB 60-70% of insurers here in the UK.
My best advice is speak to Screenman on here, he is the UK distributor for Delta Kits, he has a wealth of experience and isn't a bad bloke either!! :D

Forum members do not have full use of all board features until "after" they have posted a minimum of 10 posts. Features that you will not be able to use until you have a minimum of 10 posts include, but are not limited to, private messaging, e-mailing, posting photos, and viewing photos. This helps avoid spam on the board and protects the privacy of windshield repair forum members, so running up your post count with illegitimate posts will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from the board. You can read all of the guidelines by clicking the red link labeled forum guidelines at the top of the page.

Hi, if you would like to contact me through the Delta UK website I will happily pass on the Chipdoctors details.

Can I ask though what are you looking for in a franchise, that you cannot get going alone. Please do not think that a rude question, it will just help us give you some better answers to your questions.
