SGC Contract work prices...

Hey Everyone,
I was wondering a couple of things about the prices paid by SGC for WSR...
1. Why are some repairs $54, some are $60, some are $75 etc....
2. What happens if I tell the operator I "dont agree" with their price quote when they ask me that question during the call?
3. I have noticed that if I tell the SGC operator that I have ALREADY COMPLETED the work for the customer, the price is almost always $54 vs $60 or $65 etc...is that because they can stick me with a lower price since the work is already completed and I dont have to "AGREE" to their price and thus they can make me take the lowest amount for my work? I also noticed that they dont tell me a price to "AGREE" on when I tell them the work is already completed.
On one job last week, I asked the SGC operator what the contract pricing agreement was going to be because she never told me and she said, "well the pricing info will be on the dispatch order since the work is already done"....when I got the email surrrre enough it was for $54.
I also noticed that if you tell the operator the work has already been completed, they will skip their trash talking to the customer about my shop not being an "approved vendor"....guess that's because they cant steal the job if it's already been completed.
4. SInce SGC only pays for one chip and nothing for additional chips, how do you guys handle that? I have been repairing all the chips on the customer's windshield regardless, but it seems like 3 chips for $54 is a pretty good bargain...believe me, I'm not complaining when it happens, but I feel that a $10 charge per each additional chip is pretty reasonable. I have thought about only reapiring one chip and then having the customer open another claim for the other chip(s) but Im not sure how ethical that would be...although it doesnt seem ethical that SGC only pays for one chip either.
Thanks guys...gonna hit it hard this week!
Dan
Just wondering if any of you have had simialr experiences or know why the pricing agreements vary so much...lord knows I would love to get more of those $75 jobs...LOL
