I ran into a guy recently that has scooped up a couple old photo booth locations in parking lots all those booths are dead and can be rented pretty cheaply by those looking for a fixxed location.

Please explain in detail what a photo booth is? Haven't seen any in my area since the early eighty's. Maybe Mexico is different and way behind on what occurs here in the U.S. daily. No offense intended, just a clarification needed!

Drystar, by your instigating response to GlassStarz you know what a photo booth is. Share your years of knowledge and stop the ANNOYING instigating comments. May be funny to you but so annoying to the rest of us. Say "cheese".

You obviously know what a photo booth is.
If you want to make yourself look big; please do not try to do it by trying to make other people look small.

Clarity and Bill, sorry to offend you but in my area photo booth locations don't exist. Yeah, they rent these things for weddings and other events but a set location does not exist here in my state. That business has been long gone years ago.
That's only why I asked for clarification. I just wanted to know more about these businesses operating in his area. My wrong for expressing it in the way I did. But honestly, why would you consider setting up a fixed repair operation in front of a failing business? I may come across as instigating things at times but that is what happens when you get into the real meat and potatoes of a post.
I'll become smaller now....and just read and not respond, If that makes you happy?

Drystar, failing photo booths probably not from poor location, but from the changes of film rolls to digital technology. In addition you have big box stores that develop in one hour, and now photo printers at home. I also looked at the idea of toll booth/photo booth to have permanent signage as well as being out of the rain/wind/hot sun when no customers were on location.

A fixed location small like that is a good idea. But now that would make you a fixed location and the city may want more money for inspections, permits and what ever they want to hit you up on to lace their pockets.... Don't forget you may need a separate rest room for M / F / and confused.

Color coded 5 gal buckets. ( Blue, Red, and Polka Dotted) Handy wipes for cleaning your hands..... Handicap accessible handrails. All this in a 3 X 3 booth....
