Any experience in hiring employees to handle scheduling & mobile repairs? What is the going weekly rate a good tech should expect to be paid?

I have decided that paying based on performance is the best... that way a person can make big $ if they choose to!

I showed a guy how to set up a carwash operation he hired several guys and contracted 3 locations I told him to pay a commission and only minimum wage should they not earn enough. Comisssion makes someone work more he chose to go with a salary result is 50,000 dollars later he shuts up shop because they wouldnt get enough buisness DUH
