Sorry I do not understand your question, surely a repair is a repair.

Re: POPPING BULLS
you can pop a bull in a star to connect the cracks right? what is so hard to understand? if you pop a bull to connect the cracks do you repair it as a bull? from what i have seen you don't repair a bullseye the same as a star.

Re: POPPING BULLS
Now you might have been shown something I have not, my repair procedure is the same for both. Dry out, inject resin and remove air until the air is replaced completely with resin, pit fill and cure, scrape and polish.
Starbreaks seldom need drilling when using the correct technique and equipment.
Now if you would like to take the time to explain how you do star repairs different to bullseye repairs we may be able to help answer your question better.
We had no trouble understanding drilling and popping the point we could not understand was how you treated each style of damage differently.
This line " what is so hard to understand? " is certainly going to upset some of the very experienced guys on here that would be willing to give their time freely to help you get along.

ROLAGS contains an industry consensus of recommended terminology, definitions, process and procedures, but it doesn't explain how to properly use your manufacture's equipment.

The Repair of Laminated Automotive Glass Standard (ROLAGS®) represents the windshield repair industry's statement of best practices as compiled under ANSI guidelines by a "balanced" committee of windshield repair system manufacturers, glass manufacturers, windshield repair and replacement retail practitioners, trade associations and other "interested parties".
