ChipEliminator has been reading and looked at the training Video over and over. Been practicing also- still practing.... Noticed I do have some resin leaking out after 4 repairs.
Bridge Level ...2 full turns on back legs half turn once seal hits the glass. If I put too much resin in will this happen on psi cycle? I may have use more resin than needed is that a factor.
The reapir looks ok but I know resin should not leak. Maybe I am over tighten the seal? Thx Ahead of time.

Are you applying thumb pressure during the pressure cycle?

The goal is to get uniform thickness around end seal (so at times it might require more/less than the recommended steps). Without uniform thickness around he end seal you run the risk of the resin leaking or blocking the passage of the resin flowing into the break.

I am applying thumb PSI during the pressure cycle. The seal does look uniform on the glass. The seal itself looks flattend (more than it should ) I guess...

You could be applying too much thumb pressure, so I would suggest slight thumb pressure or no thumb pressure and see what happens.
