Has anyone tried anything like this?:

I searched with what I thought were relevant terms but was unable to locate anything. I guess it would qualify as a sort of mixed marketing strategy... Here is what I've done:
Using one of these online print shops I designed and ordered 1000 4X6 postcards. (I've attached the front and back files to this post so hopefully it works). My thoughts are that I distribute these among businesses such as repair shops and the local quick lube guy, coffee kiosks, RV parks with gift shops, local charities etc. and see how it goes. I was hoping that some of you have tried something similar and if so, I would like to hear if you have had success with it or not. My biggest concern is the logistical considerations...Do I pre-buy the $5 coupons and make it easier for the other business but also possibly remove any incentive for them to drum business up? Or do I just leave them the cards and count on them trusting me enough to bill me for any coupons used? That might seem like too much work for already busy people for a mere $5.
