I was called Friday by one of the detailing shops to look at a lexus HL's. The owner paid an individual that was sat up at a local NAPA dealer to restore her headlights about two months ago. She stated the man took less than 10 minutes to do both headlights. He used a few chemicals and a small pad, nothing else. She stated it looked better but didn't appear to be completely clear. When I saw the lens they were cloudy with brown/orange run marks and the lens were a complete mess. It looked like coffee stains all over the surface. I sanded it down with great difficulty, and finished it up as normal. The lens looked like new again. I had four or five people watch me while I worked on the lens. I gave her my two year limited guarrantee, and some cards for referrals. She was one happy lady. I was wearing my uniform and provied her a sheet I had typed explaining what HLR is when I first met her. The shop showed me her car prior to meeting her so I knew what mood she may have been in. She stated afterward that I presented a professional appearance, and educated her on things she was not aware of reference her headlights. That was the decideing factor as to why she allowed me to do her headlights. Now Iam scheduled to do her husbands mercedes. Deltakits products does work and produces a WOW factor when people see the trasformation from ugly to like new. Candyman

I hope the napa guy charged very little and the customer was able to understand now why your service is more expensive...quality results in life usually take a lil longer and cost a lil more!

Sounds like you did a kick ass job satisfying the customer - good job!
