Recently, Bruce restored the headlights on a 2000 Jaguar S-TYPE. Just out of curiosity we contacted a Jaguar dealership to inquire about the cost of replacement lamps for the vehicle. We were quoted $618.34 per lamp and $240 in labor making a total of $1,476.68. By restoring the headlights of this vehicle we drastically improved their driving visibility, enhanced the appearance of the vehicle, and eliminated a costly replacement. The customer was extremely appreciative of the service that saved her time and $$$$$. The demand for headlight restoration services is growing every day.

Out of curiosity, did you hand sand these headlights or use a 3" Orbital Polisher to do the job? Very nice job but looks too close for comfort getting into the tighter areas where the paint meets the lens.

Bruce used the HLPRO 202 system which has the Metabo random orbital sander and 3" sanding and polishing discs. The corners are close but the good thing about the 3" discs is that you can hand sand with them or use them on the random orbital.
