I am interested in pursuing fleet work and would like to get these companies under contract.

I am hiring a Fleet Rep to call on businesses, but she has expressed her need in getting these companies
to commit contractually. I can see where this may be necessary but unsure.

Does anyone have a sample contract they use successfully and could you please email to me?

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Most of my work is for fleets and dealers. None of them have signed contracts with me. Nor are they willing to sign a contract. There is no loyalty from the dealers. I just make sure I provide a good quality repair at a competitive price.
