About a year ago, there was a fairly complete insurance billing list on the site. My old copy is getting real raggety!. Is this list still available? If so, I'd like to download another copy. Please advise.

Anyone got an update to this ancient post? A current list maybe with phone numbers and individual requirements? Huh, maybe a list of fleet companies with contacts? ...I'm not asking too much, am I?

When I try to pull up the list it just gives me a blank screen. Could you please re post it or let me know if im doing something wrong. thanks
