Air bubble in the repair

This cracks me up! (no pun intended!) People demanding that someone else read their posts, try their ideas, respond to their advice.....or else!! LOL
Too many control freaks who insist on being right!

Wow spitpit a control freak I am not, however I feel that my time is being wasted writing these tips for people to ignore them. That is why I normally put a limit on the amount of replies I make. Only this time I decided to make it known I was opting out. My advice comes from nearly 20 year of screen repairs both in the real world and experimenting whilst training many guys. Everything I write has been tried over and over to make sure it works not just by me but by many others who do this job succesfully.

How do you know for sure that it has been ignored? Seems like a pretty big assumption to me. If your advice is worthy on a public forum then you shouldn't care whether or not you get direct responses. You can't force anyone to do anything but if you feel you are wasting your valuable time, then don't give advice.

I don't need to read a darn thing. Unless you are engaged in some type of one on one thread (which isn't possible on an open public forum) then you shouldn't expect someone to jump when you say jump. Can't stand it when someone doesn't follow your advice? Then don't give it in the first place.

I would like set this thread back to it's original topic. This is what cured the bubble in the drill hole problem for me. Keep in mind I use G-Weld equipment & resins which only take 1min. to cure (with Pro-Cure light).after break is filled. 1. Cure under pressure. 2. remove injector & wipe-off excess resin apply pit resin __without__ tap & cure ( I believe this allows the bubble to surface & escape JMO). 3. Slice off cured resin( blade @ 45 degee angle) being careful not to pull resin from hole. 4. Apply pit resin, Tap, Cure, Scrape & polish as normal. Let us know how it works. We would like everyone's feedback.

I sure will try!!! The only thing is that Im new in to this business and some days I have nothing to repair and I cant always respond with the results. Some days I might have a lot of repairs but most of them I dont drill and also I cant respond with the result of trying new things!!!

Splitpit, Im sorry if you feel that I ignore ur advices but as I said I stay away from drilling unless it is necessary. And yes I havent responded for a while.... I had an emergency trip overseas as I mentioned in post #54
