insurance too much of a hassle?? dont use it!

I have one particular fleet customer who we have done work for for 22 years, they take 10 hours a month approximately to service and spend in excess of £1000 per month with us, seems far better than setting up in a car wash all day, however my way is certainly not everybody's way, I tried tenting and it was not for me. On another point is there not busier places than a car wash to stand at all day long, over here the car washes even the big ones only see 100 vehicles a day, if I was going down this route I would look at the retail outlets carparks seeing 1000+++ per day. JMHO

where we do repairs Statefarm is the only insurance company that does not wave the deductible but it's funny, we still get people willing to pay cash or credit card for the repair once they see the chip and we give our pitch, we are honest and a lot of them know it would be more expensive at a commercial shop so I get a few cash jobs a week which is always nice! But here in our state, according to my boss/friend Statefarm is the only one that does not wave the deductible, hopefully that is accurate information or I am losing some sales.
