You may need a number of different permits and licenses, depending on where you plan on doing business and a new set of problems arise when you decide to have a fixed location, mobile service or both.
What you will need is a business license, local permits, file a fictitious name statement, tax I'd number, resale license if you need to collect tax's And garage keepers insurance. You may need part or all of those things! Check with your local city and state.
