This is an old string, but I've found it very informational. Quick question about A.C.T. - I am drooling at the prospect of them getting me enrolled everywhere, but once I'm signed up, can I handle the calls directly with insurance, or do I have to call ACT? Getting started I would love to have a helping hand with processing, but I know how to get calls done FAST. I don't want a middle-man on the phone if I don't have to. (I've been doing this for a while, just headed out on my own now)
Thanks!

No you don't have to call them . I suggest you use the cheapest plan and that is 2.95 per claim. They will give you a sheet that you need to fill out with customers info and then you will fax . They have different plans where they will call SGC for you but the customer still has to give the info to SGC. You can bill straight to SGC and not have to pay the 2.95. Use them for lynx jobs.
