I'm not sure how to be more specific about stating "1 employee stationed at each dealer"...they will be doing the chip repairs and approaching the customers getting their cars serviced if that helps any....any help with my original question would be great

Sorry for the confusion on my part! I've never heard of a w/r business actually being allowed inside a dealership, let alone 4 or 5. I heard many times of being at car washes but this is a new one for me. You've peaked my curiosity though. Where is your business?

I have large signs up in the entrance of one of my dealers.

Anyone have any recommendations on software? Would like a mobile app if possible to input customer data...cost is important as well..will be mostly doing insurance work. Thanks

We use Omega EDI, tell them Drew sent you.
Their software was designed for dealer use.
