Sole Proprietor or LLC ?

I've always registered a DBA with the county I lived in. Actually, I thought it was required everywhere in the US to open a business bank account. Maybe things are different in your state

Hey guys,

I know I may sound a little biased on this subject about whether to incorporate or not. My opinions are only opinions and result from a personal experience. Seven years ago my company was involved in a law suit. Much like everybody else, I thought my personal assets were protected under corporate structure. Unfortunately they weren't.
