It sounds like you are referring to the spring hammer (the blue tool), and if so the tip to it should be in it.

Correct PN 22001 according to the poly bag it was in. But no probe at the end just a collar. Is it packed separately in the toolbox?

Please accept our apology for the tip not being in the spring hammer. I will get a replacement tip sent out to you immediately.

No apology needed. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how it worked before I looked at the picture, quite funny. Thanks for speedy response.

Long time reader, first time caller, can you give me some details on the class on Louisville? Fees, enrollment, what is being covered etc.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Delta Kits isn't holding an On-the-Road Training class in Louisville, KY this year. You are more than welcome to stop by our booth #102. We can walk you through a windshield repair and answer any questions that you might have.

Glad you went the Delta way ;)

I am converted ex-Glass Technology user.

"29 inches of vacuum, pumps, compressors, built in BLUEWAVE UV LED's, "side chambers", hoses, expensive cases..." = literally thousands of $$$$

Man, I was sucked in (pardon the pun).

You'll probably know by now, after using your new kit - Delta may be basic, speaking technology-wise - but if it ain't broke?

I've done heaps of side by side results, using Delta and the top of the line MAXIM ($2495) all in one kit - same results, faster with Delta.

Oh and the only parts you need are the end seals!

Cheers,

Pommy
