Do insurance companies wave the deductable for your customers? I mentioned that to my better half and she said our insurance co wouldn't wave it when she tried to get a chip fixed a few months back.

I want to give everyone my thanks for your inputs!
I'm sure I'll have more questions as I dig deeper into this field. I'll post them as I come up with them and I'll be tuning in to get any tips from the pro's that I can!

JD,

There are many agents that don't know that their company will pay for the repairs. Try callin the claims number on your insurance card. You'll get a different story.

waived deductables

There are still a very few companies that dont waive deductibles, but most all of them do now. I found one insurance company that provides coverage for high risk clients (lots of moving violations, accidents, etc.), and they don't give any 'frills' with their coverage (very high rates too, of course).
