Not to be the thorn but how is telling a customer that if they use one of thier approved vendors and the repair fails they will pay for a replacement something to complain to the state about? We all know that there are a bunch of fly by night guys in this buisness and a insurance company telling the customer that they will guarentee the work of people they have screened and made approved vendors not others who they havnt makes sence to me rather than complaining I would be on the phone with them getting approved vendor status
